Note: This is a list of countries in which shipping is available if you use our online payment facility. If your Country is not listed please contact us via e-mail as shipping may be available if a wire money transfer from a Bank is used as your payment method. This applies to countries with a high risk for credit card fraud.
How are my products going to be shipped?
Orders are shipped via insured mail. Kalopedis Jewellery will ship your order within 1-3 days depending on the availability of the item. Delivery times depend on your shipping location. We ask that you allow approximately 14 business days for the items to arrive but items ussually arrive far in advance again depending on your location.
All items are packed separately with full protective wrapping so that your items are 100% on arrival.
International Shipping and Handling
All overseas orders are sent by airmail, shipping costs for your country are automatically produced on the total price before purchasing so that you may proceed with your order with full awareness of the cost. Please refer to the list of countries on the Membership Registration page for an updated list for the countries in which we have the ability to sent various items. If your country is not on the list please email us and we will confirm if we can process your order or not.
Shipping and Handling for Cyprus
All orders that are placed in Cyprus will be sent by a courier service straight to your Shipping Address. Shipping is Free for orders within Cyprus.
Where are my products?
As soon as your items are being shipped you will be receiving an email with the shipping details and a tracking code for your parcel. Please allow a few days for the delivery of your items from the day that you will receive our Order Dispatchment email. If you have not received your item within 7-10 please feel free to email us and we will track down the location of your item.
Please note that because these are valuable items, in some cases (especialy in the United States) the postal service will leave a note in your mailbox, informing you that the item is at your closest post office. This is for security reasons in order to prevent theft.
Please note that Kalopedis Jewellery is responsible for shipping your items in time but it is not responsible for any upnormal delivery delays from the postal service or acts of God.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY How safe is it to shop online?
Shop with Confidence, we want you to feel completely comfortable when shopping with us, and we go to great lengths to protect your security and privacy. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which creates a secure shopping environment. This Technology authenticates your connection and encrypts sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet.
Why am I not able to login to my membership account?
Once you enter your information in the new members area, an email will be sent to your valid email address. There will be an activation link which you have to click in order to activate your membership. Once you do so you will be able to login with your username and password. Sometimes this automated email goes into your bulk/junk email folder. Therefore check those folders as well and to avoid this from happening add info@kalopedis.com to your address book. If you have filled out a form and have not received the email with the activation link, email us at info@kalopedis.com and let us know.
Can I return items that I have purcased?
YES. Kalopedis Jewellery has a very good reputation for its high quality of jewellery and customer service. Almost never in the past we have experienced a case where an item has been returned to us. However, due to the fact that a return policy needs to be posted on our website for the cases of distance selling, we are providing a simple return policy to our distant customers. Our Refund Policy has as follows:
First of all, by law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This is called a “Cooling-off Period.”
Also, our company policy says that after you have made a purchase from Kalopedis Worldwide Jewellery Ltd and for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you purchased the item. Those 30 days should be enough for you to receive your order, examine the product(s), notify us for their condition (at info@kalopedis.com or +357.24655504) and send the item(s)m back. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have obvious marks of use.
If you do cancel your order and you remain within the boundaries mentioned in this Refund Policy, you will have your payment returned (charge-back), except from the case of items that you have asked to be customized.
Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us. For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured delivery service. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items.
